An asymmetrical, strung bead necklace with green, black & white gemstone beads and an amazingly detailed sterling wire wrap tree & sea glass focal. The focal starts with a piece of ocean-etched, genuine Maine coast sea glass with a subtle pattern. A twisted, wind-blown tree of oxidized sterling wire wrap is "rooted" on a shard of natural, deep green tourmaline and reaches out over a rolling wave of sterling wire wrap. Below the focal, triple drops have a mix of jade, prehnite, faceted dark green tourmaline, black tourmaline heishi, vintage glass & natural cowrie shell with silvery caps & spacers.
The "treasure mix" necklace features a rich mix of gemstone & silver beads, including hand made cylindrical beads of white, green & black jade, green prehnite, faceted jade, green grossular (garnet), opalite, black tourmaline, shell heishi, silver finish caps & spacers and vintage Indonesian silver beads. A handmade, front-facing sterling toggle clasp is incorporated into the focal itself.
This one of a kind necklace measures about 19.5" (49.53 cm) in total length, including the clasp. The focal measures 2.25" (5.71 cm) at it's widest & about 3.25" (8.25 cm) at it's longest.
