A simple, yet elegant necklace, inspired by the blue-green waters of the Havasu Falls & the myriad of summer dragon & damselflies there. The focal is a hand fabricated oval of etched copper, with a hand drawn design of a damselfly in cattails. The focal falls from the handmade, front facing toggle of hammered copper. The necklace is created with strung beads of turquoise colored magnesite rondelles, rounds of translucent jade, faceted cubes of Burmese jade & rice beads of genuine, U.S. mined turquoise. There's also copper granulation beads, silver heishi & tiny, iridescent glass seed beads, that shimmer like dragonfly wings.
The necklace measures 18" (45.72 cm) in total length, including it's toggle clasp. The focal is about 1.25" (3.17 cm) x just under 1" (2.54 cm) at it's widest.
