A rich, earthy colored necklace of strung jasper, turquoise & copper with a Red Creek jasper tab & copper wire wrap tree focal. In the desert, ancient, tenacious mesquite trees grow large along the banks of ephemeral water courses. These wash mesquites are deeply anchored in the earth, with massive, twisted root systems to hold them secure. A wander through my desert home was the inspiration for this necklace...a gnarled, old tree of oxidized copper wire wrap clinging with twisting roots to the curving banks of desert washes. The earthy colors & patterns in the Red Creek jasper stone tab create a perfect background. The strung bead style necklace, with it's whimsical verdigris copper dragonfly (yes! dragonflies in the desert!) connector, includes an asymmetrical mix of Red Creek jasper rounds & single tear drop bead, rounds of mottled turquoise, star cut red mookaite beads & ornate Bali style copper beads. There's also a touch of gleaming silver (the memory of water) from six-sided, silver finish saucer beads.
This one of a kind necklace measures 21.5" (54.61 cm) in total length, including it's graceful, oxidized copper tear drop toggle clasp. The focal measures 2.25" (6.35 cm) in length, including it's curvy bail, and 1" (2.54 cm) in width.

Shipping
All orders ship on Wednesday each week. Please contact Elksong if this will create a hardship. You will receive an email with your shipping notice. Your order shipping to a U.S address will ship USPS Ground Advantage. Orders shipping to an out-of-U.S. address will ship USPS International First Class mail. All orders ship with tracking number & insurance, properly packaged to arrive safely!

Elksong Jewelry is NOT registered to collect VAT/GST in any country, your country’s normal VAT/GST policies will apply. Returns
BOTTOM LINE - We stand by our product and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Elksong Jewelry! If a piece of jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us….we will replace/repair it free of charge & cover shipping back to you. If an order arrives and is not what you ordered, please do contact us immediately. Again, ship it back to Elksong Jewelry, we’ll make sure you get the correct item.
If you’re not delighted with your purchase, contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. Please note: a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of your purchase IF you are returning for a refund. If an item is being returned for an exchange, please note any price difference will either be billed to you (in the case of greater exchange amount) via Paypal invoice or held as store credit (in the case of lesser exchange amount) for future order. The item being returned must be in perfect, unworn condition, in original undamaged packaging. Refunded amount, less restocking fee & shipping cost, will be issued through your purchasing credit card & takes approximately 3-5 business days.
If returning an item to Elksong, you should consider using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
