With a gorgeously colorful focal of artisan hand cut mixed turquoises, lapis & spiny oyster shell, this stylized Thunder Bird necklace is one of a kind! The gemstone focal was created in the Elksong studio starting with a base form of pale green Burmese jade. The hand pieced mosaic face is created with dozens of pieces of fiery red spiny oyster shell & various U.S. mined turquoises...some from long-closed mines such as Sleeping Beauty, Bisbee & Morenci. There's also a touch of deep blue lapis.
The focal is set on an oxidized sterling, spiraled wire bail. The necklace is strung bead style & includes Morenci turquoise nuggets, spiny oyster shell rondelles, vintage Mediterranean coral pieces, African turquoise rondelles, tiny rustic lapis bi-cone & faceted oblong beads and oxidized/stamped & bright/smooth sterling silver bench beads.
This unique statement necklace measures 20.5" (52.07 cm) in total length, including it's handmade, oxidized sterling wire wrap hook & eye clasp.

Your purchase will ship within 1-3 business days after payment. You will receive an email with your shipping notice. Your order shipping to a U.S address will ship USPS Ground Advantage. Orders shipping to an out-of-U.S. address will ship USPS International First Class mail. All orders ship with tracking number & insurance, properly packaged to arrive safely!

Returns
BOTTOM LINE - We stand by our product and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Elksong Jewelry! If a piece of jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us….we will replace/repair it free of charge & cover shipping back to you. If an order arrives and is not what you ordered, please do contact us immediately. Again, ship it back to Elksong Jewelry, we’ll make sure you get the correct item.
If you’re not delighted with your purchase, contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. Please note: a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of your purchase IF you are returning for a refund. If an item is being returned for an exchange, please note any price difference will either be billed to you (in the case of greater exchange amount) via Paypal invoice or held as store credit (in the case of lesser exchange amount) for future order. The item being returned must be in perfect, unworn condition, in original undamaged packaging. Refunded amount, less restocking fee & shipping cost, will be issued through your purchasing credit card & takes approximately 3-5 business days.
